Our work spans multiple aspects of legal aid to prisoners at all levels, and is supported by students from the Prison Clinic Program at NALSAR. Our work can be chiefly categorised under three heads:

1. Research and Policy Suggestions: The Program through regular visits to prisons and courts across Hyderabad, and meets with prisoners, judges, police and government officials at all levels. We seek to learn about the conditions of prisons and prisoners and understand their problems. We then work with officials and judges to research the problems ailing the system and suggest policy initiatives or fixes to work them out.
2. Working with the Legal Services Authority at the District, State and National Level: We work with the Legal service authorities as part of their various programs and assist them and their lawyers in their work, and provide policy suggestions on what can be done further.
